Came here on a whim, and we were lucky enough to be seated as we didn't have a reservation. The star of the show was definitely the Oxtail hummus, everything about this dish was a 10/10! The oxtail was nice and tender and had such great flavor. We wanted to be healthy and got the roasted beet salad, which was just okay, not much going on, but salad was actually felt a little heavy fromage blanc (cheese). However, their Roasted broccolini surprised us! The broccolini had a nice char and I don't know what's in the sauce but it was like crack, me and my boyfriend couldn't get enough of this dish! As for the main dish, we tried theirFire Roasted Lamb Rack with Szechuan Potatoes, which was also decent. Nothing really special about the lamb itself, it was a little too raw for my liking but it was super tender. The szechuan potatoes on the side really did elevate the dish since most of the flavor came from pairing the two. Overall really good experience here and I'm happy that the host was able to squeeze us in! Staff was super friendly and was eager to answer any questions we have.

This place is awesome! Everyone says hello when you walk in. We came in an hour before closing and just wanted a drink and got the best service ever. Tito was our bartender and he went above and beyond making our drinks, he was like a bar doctor the server that took care of us last week also stopped by and said hi, which was super sweet, we loved her she was amazing too!!!! When it comes to food, this restaurant does not get enough recognition, and just try the hummus, octopus and the honey toast.

We made a reservation for an early dinner on a Monday. For the three of us, we got 4 small plates, 3 main dishes, and 3 desserts, which was filling enough. Here are my thoughts: APPETIZERS 1. Steak tartare ($22) - 5/5 stars. This was my favorite dish. The meat was tender and flavorful and perfect with the toast 2. Oxtail hummus ($18) - 5/5 stars. Oxtail was super tender, and the hummus was smooth. It came with ~7 pieces of pita bread 3. Grilled oysters ($26) - 3.5 stars. Some pieces were tender. Some of the bits on top were too hard. The oysters overall were pretty small. 4. Bahn Cuon ($20) - 3/5 stars. Didn't really taste the duck cuz we split this into 3 small pieces. We got the sauce on the side since it was spicy, so that might have affected the flavor MAIN DISHES 1. Octopus sukiyaki ($24) - 5/5 stars. Octopus was tender. The sauce is flavorful, but on the salty side 2. Grouper ($40) - 4/5 stars. Tender and flaky, but this dish didn't wow us. We got the sauce on the side because it was spicy. 3. Pork Secreto ($38) - 3.5 stars. The pork was kind of dry. Got the sauce on the side because it was spicy. The sauce was quite yummy, especially with the peanuts DESSERTS 1. Ganache torte ($12) - 3/5 stars. This was a flourless chocolate cake with pistachio gelato and toasted coconut. It needed to have a stronger chocolate taste and needed to be more moist. The gelato was a mild flavor, just tasted like vanilla. The toasted coconut added a good crunch even though I usually don't like coconut flavor My friends got the strawberry honey toast ($12) and frozen coconut ($15). I only tried a bite so I can't comment much. Service was friendly and attentive. Ambiance was nice and felt upscale

We love to go Fine dining with our kids. They really enjoy it and we love getting them to try new dishes. Sparrow and wolf is both classy and comfortable. The service we received was similar to what you would receive at a top Michelin star restaurant. They heard my son crying for oranges and they rushed to bring him some extra slices . The restaurant is extremely accommodating for families with kids. Do not hesitate to ask your chef to leave out certain spices for the kids to enjoy as well. The chef will happily provide the sauce on the side . The ambience is fun and all of our food came out pretty fast and it was super delicious. I'm glad we made reservations here. I would highly recommend for everyone including kids who are open to new experiences.

After some extensive research for a friend's birthday meal, I settled on Sparrow & Wolf. I wanted to be sure to stay away from the strip, and it was worth the short drive out! I made reservations and they were kind enough to seat us in a more cozy area of the restaurant for the birthday celebration. We started with japanese milk bread with yuzu butter. The bread had a wonderful pillowy soft texture and the butter had a stronger yuzu flavor I was expecting (in the best way possible). Shortly after we had the oxtail hummus served with buttery naan. This is one of their more popular dishes and I immediately understood why after taking the first bite. The oxtail melts in your mouth along with the creamy hummus and crispy chickpeas that pair perfectly with fresh, warm naan. For the main entrees, we got the pork secreto and kalbi rib cap. The pork secreto may not look impressive at first glance, but I was amazed by how much flavor there was! You can definitely taste the asian fusion in this dish. The kalbi rib cap was extremely tender and the lobster gratin had decent chunks of lobster in it. We finished the meal with chocolate ganache torte with pistachio ice cream. We ended up waiting for a really long time and I think the order might have just gotten lost in the kitchen, but our waitress was so kind and provided the dessert on the house because of the wait. The cake was pretty rich, but not overwhelming and tasted great with the pistachio ice cream. Service was excellent and I felt like our waitress really knew the menu well. It's a little on the pricier side, so maybe not somewhere I'd go all the time but it's a perfect spot for an event such as a birthday dinner.

My favorite meal during my week in Vegas! Worth walking 30 min to on the side of the freeway lol. Creative, internationally-inspired small plates AKA the best type of restaurant. Great, friendly service and good pacing of dishes. * Oxtail hummus: MY FAVE. The oxtail was so tender and rich, and the naan was the perfect hummus vessel. * Foie gras toast (special): unfortunately I don't like coconut but the foie was yum ofc. * Japanese sweet potato: just so good that's all I'll say. * Bánh cuôn: loved the rice noodle roll and sauce but there were mushrooms inside which I hate. * Chocolate ganache torte: we were so full but still got 2 desserts. Very rich and tasty but hard to finish. * Honey toast: a showstopper and must-order. Crispy, caramelized outside, soft & fluffy inside. Hot tip: they are on inKind which offers great discounts on food (ended up being only ~$70 for 2 ppl).

Sparrow + Wolf was an amazing experience that delivered From the starters to the desserts, I could not have asked for a better meal. The each course was an elevated version of something that I've had before, but every first bite was such a pleasant surprise. The highlight before dessert was one of the best porterhouse steaks that I've had in years and if ordered on the strip would have cost 75% more. But then came dessert. The real wow factor was delivered by the honey milk bread. This is a must order and the star of the menu. Don't skip it! Overall, this was one of the best meals I've had in Vegas and can't wait to come back to try the rest of the mainstays Food: 5/5 Service: 5/5 Ambiance: 4/5 (a little dark, but it's the mood of the restaurant) Overall: 4.67 Don't skip this spot!
